Great job helping diagnose and fix our washing machine! Geary was very responsive over my initial text contact working to understand the issue. When it became clear after a visit that there were bigger problems with the machine, the part was ordered and came quickly. Donavan, who completed the repair, came right on time and was very thorough and polite, and explained the fix clearly. They also provided advice on our other appliances when they were here. Garrison came to my house to check to see why my dishwasher wasn’t working. It had been installed by a not-so-handy man and wasn’t working. In a short amount of time he discovered the hose had been installed backwards with the “flow” valve going the wrong way. He decided to check the garbage disposal to see if it was installed correctly and discovered the punch-out had not been pushed out so the dishwasher could drain into the garbage disposal.
