Because I was at work, I asked my dad to be at my home to greet Donovan when he came to look at my oven. My father said Donovan was absolutely terrific! He was very polite and ran diagnostics on the oven. He found out what the problem was and explained it to my dad. He was thorough and knew what he was doing. My 80 year old dad was very impressed. Advanced Appliance took my phone call and scheduled the appointment very timely and Donovan was right on time. They followed up shortly and told me they needed to order a part and what the cost would be. This company has really impressed me and I would highly recommend them.

Kelly at AAR's office is prompt, kind, and professional. They have an excellent system for scheduling and confirming appointments. Donovan, the repair technician, was professional and knowledgeable in resolving the H2O error on my GE dishwasher. He was persistent, quick to follow up, and walked me through the problem and potential options for solutions. Donovan also explained how to work with GE to request a replacement part. AAR went above and beyond to resolve my dishwasher issue. I will be using them again if I have other appliance needs.
