Terms and Conditions

Pre-Payment:
Pre-payment for the trip charge is required to secure your service appointment.

Cancellations:
Upon cancellation of your appointment, an administrative fee of $25 is retained from any potential refund in order to cover processing and scheduling costs.

Last-Minute Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments forfeit the full payment and are inelligible for a service call refund.
